David Carr,

Provincial Archbishop, Bishop Abbot - Order of St. Leonard
Abp Carr has spent his entire ministry life working across denominational lines for the unity of the Body of Christ, and his ministry has impacted the CEEC, Elim Fellowship, the Free Methodist Church, the Church of England and countless others.  He has provided high-level leadership training for twenty denominations, and has been a conference speaker in the U.K, USA, South Africa, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Abp Carr was appointed to The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, a British order of chivalry, in 2015.

In 2009, Abp Carr founded the Order of St. Leonard, a global order with a vision to a vision to resource, connect and value what we already have in the Body of Christ.

Abp Carr was awarded a Doctor of Divinity on the 4th December 2004 from the Logos Graduate School.
